How do you ensure safe delivery of fragile bottles?
We use proprietary impact-resistant packaging specifically designed for glass bottles to minimize breakage during transit. Every order is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, by law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature from someone 21 years or older. Our couriers are not permitted to leave packages unattended.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you encounter a bottle that is corked or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the faulty item.
Where does Cloudwine ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. Please enter your zip code at checkout to verify eligibility for your location.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend letting your bottles settle for 24-48 hours after delivery. Store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 45°F and 65°F.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our temperature-controlled warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery window.
