A small addition of reserve wines aged in oak and native-yeast fermentation give this wine structure and richness, balanced by full malolactic and 18–30 months on lees. The bouquet shows fresh citrus, baked brioche and subtle balsamic, while the palate is silky, tensioned by fine acidity and finishing with saline minerality.
