50% Pinot Noir, 50 % Chardonnay, this wine is made exclusively with grapes from the 2007 vintage.
Forget-Brimont adopted a sustainable viticulture and minimal-intervention method 20 years ago which is respectful of the soil and the vine. All fertilisers used are natural and treatment is targeted and kept to a minimum. Grape hand-pickers are paid by the hour, not per kilogram to ensure perfect maturity of the grapes.
