Dappled is the handiwork of Shaun Crinion. In his own words: “I have been a cellar rat virtually my entire career, holding winemaker and assistant winemaker roles over the past 12 years with small to medium producers – but even during this time I’ve been in the cellar and vineyard. So I’m a traditionalist, hands-on winemaker and I like it that way.
