Our first release of Beechworth Chardonnay from this Beechworth single site. 2024 was a growing season that delivered a fuller, richer expression of fruit. The Chardonnay was all hand-picked and chilled overnight. We whole bunch pressed the cool bunches to tank and transferred to barrel within 24hrs. Some solids were transferred with juice to build texture and complexity.
