ELM is the person project of Madeleine Marson, daughter of Mario Marson and winemaker at the well-known family winery Vinea Marson in Heathcote. She focuses on Italian styles with fruit sourced from both Heathcote and the Alpine Valleys.
The Rosso is 100% Heathcote fruit. A complex nose of red berries, blackcurrants, licorice and dried herbs followed by a rich and intense palate defined by classic Nebbiolo dry tannin.
