"Older oak, 10% whole bunch. I’ve not yet met Bruce Lang, because I don’t get out much.  Aromatic, some cracked pepper, hazelnut, blue and purple fruit. Medium-bodied, nutty and spicy, particularly good feel to the tannin here with a slate and Turkish coffee feel, all that healthy silty stuff, anyway, dried flowers, a distinct ‘mineral’ feel, and cool fine acidity, all the grip and perfume on a long finish.
