It emits a wonderfully bright fruited and exotic nose of green & red apples, star fruit, white peach, nectarine, lemon curd & wild honey. The palate kicks in with loads of citrussy attack & crunchy apples tempered with a soft, mid-palate fullness that then finishes with high-toned and bright freshness. This should cellar well for years to come.
