The palate is medium to full bodied, beautifully balanced with intense flavour concentration and a long, silky finish. 30% new French oak used. Decant if drinking now or cellar for 10 years.

While Hennings has a history on the farm dating back 5 generations and winemaking of around 100 years, it's only been in the last 20 years since they replanted the vineyard that they've really kicked goals, picking up awards everywhere they go.
