This very unique rosé uses 100% meunier and made using three different methods - 10% meunier in a red wine, 30% saignée and the balance being barrel-ageing white meunier wine. Completely unique!  The result is a super juicy palate with crunchy red fruit, think cranberry, blood orange and rosehip. Follow this up with a gentle grip or bite from the tannin and you have an ultra dry rosé with plenty of fruit, freshness and drive.

"Tense and crystalline in the glass, this is another wine in this range that is bursting at the seams with personality. The low dosage of 2.5 grams per liter lends a perceptible feeling of austerity. At times, a slightly vegetal (but not unpleasant) element comes through. I would prefer to drink this over the next few years. There will be plenty to admire over that time."
