Our Botrytis Semillon is a dessert-style wine made from Semillon grapes infected with the fungus Botrytis Cinerea. The grapes are left out for an additional six weeks allowing extra ripeness & sugars to accumulate up to 24 baumé. We have been making this wine for decades, winning multiple trophies and accolades along the way.
