Max & Me Boongarrie Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Max & Me Boongarrie Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Max & Me Cabernet Sauvignon 2021. Cabernet brimming with violets and blackcurrant from the our Estate vineyard, located in the Eden Valley in the Barossa’s beautiful high country. Vegan friendly. A single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon by Philip and Sarah Lehmann.

Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the Boongarrie Estate Bottom Block.

In Eden Valley, Cabernet expresses magnificent aromas of blackcurrant and violet, chocolate, and fine, supple tannins. There is, however, one caveat to this wine. During the growing season, Cabernet Sauvignon requires adequate moisture in order to produce its amazing flavors, aromas, and color depth. In drought-years, wines have a thin, chewy texture and a disjointed tannin profile, so Cabernet is only released in good years. Eden Valley Cabernets are known for their long lasting potential. In Eden Valley, a little-known fact is that they can often last longer than local Shiraz. – Wine Maker's Note
