Very pale but brilliant gold in appearance the bouquet is an intriguing combination of citrus fruits with some minerality for structure. Once in the mouth the fruit flavours are very much to the fore with grapefruit and tangerine being the most obvious. It is light and refreshing across the palate and the finish is pronounced with strong steely acid that gives the wine extra length.
