Soave  is an Italian white wine made of Gargenega grapes grown in you guessed it, of Soave in Northern Italy.

The bouquet is reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruits such as Golden Delicious apples and white peaches and also displays delicate hints of white flowers. On the palate this wine is fresh, tangy and well-balanced. Serve with anti pasti, risotto and seafood dishes.
