Golden yellow in the glass, with intense aromas of ripe apple, elegant bourbon vanilla and some toffee notes. Dense on the palate, wonderfully smooth and velvety, subtle spicy notes on the long finish.

Crafted from grapes selected in distinct vineyards from Debussy’s best Chardonnay vines. After a short maceration, the crop was gently pressed. Both the vinification and maturing process were carried out under the influence of differently toasted French oak, revealing extraordinary flavours. After the fermentation, the fine yeast was stirred up periodically giving the wine its velvety mouthfeel.
