Collina represents a curated selection of the finest Chardonnay barrels from a given year, embodying a winemaking philosophy that is both simple and straight forward. Crafted to the Lubianas’ exacting tastes, this Chardonnay showcases a delicate balance of natural acidity, emphasising minerality over fruit. 

Biodynamically farmed Derwent Valley chardonnay with a distinctly Burgundian aromatic profile; all white peach and citrus and struck match complexity with hints of grilled nuts, nougat, white flowers and crushed stone. Rapier-like precision on the palate with flint notes galore, driving mineral acidity and complexity to burn. Plenty of horsepower despite its linear framework.
