Adam is currently 39 years old but incredibly has completed 34 harvests across the Grampians, Pyrenees, Margaret River, Bordeaux and Napa Valley.

Adam is passionate about a low intervention approach to winemaking “I guide the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle and let the grapes do all the hard work. Kinda wanted it fresh and approachable” His intuitive winemaking style focuses around minimal intervention – with little or no additions throughout the process, the grapes are handled gently, with wild ferments, no filtration or fining. Organic practices are used for all winemaking, but SubRosa is not certified organic.
