Char and earth combine with black cherry and pepper spice revealing the outset layers to this subtle yet alluring cool climate Pinot Noir.

"This scratches the itch, that’s for certain. It has very good intensity of flavour, just enough polish to make it feel a bit special, decent complexity and sound structure. It’s dark cherried with floral inflections, though peppercorn and cedarwood oak work well as finishing touches.
