Yarra Valley Shiraz has come on in leaps and bounds over the last few years and examples like today is the reason why.  In terms of style, I should point out this is a modern Australian Shiraz inspired more by Northern Rhone than Barossa.  It's lush with lots of flavour without been over the top.  It's delicious drinking now and will cellar for a few years.
