This is an easy drinking, yet complex pinot noir.  The oak influence is spot on; always in the background and allowing the dark fruit flavours to shine.  The palate is full and balanced with an excellent smooth structure.  Congrats to the Hoddles Creek team, they've achieved the ultimate balance between fruit and complexity.
