"Few producers can match Yeringberg's viognier. Harmony is the aspiration, achieved by picking fruit over 8 days, so there's acidity, freshness and ripeness. There's also wild fermentation in barrel, no mlf and maturation in large-format, used oak. Ripe stone fruit, apricot and kernel, with ginger cream drizzled in honey.
